Privacy & contact choices
What the request form collects
Your name, email, phone, state, requested service, preferred professional, contact choices and referral/campaign information. Do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, or documents.
How it is used
Padua uses your information to review and respond to your request, arrange a conversation if requested, and provide educational emails only if you opt in. Submitting does not authorize automated calls or texts.
Where it goes
Requests are stored with the website’s hosting and database provider. Gil’s signed-in account can review the private lead inbox. A request for an agent is subject to service and state verification before assignment. We do not sell form submissions.
Email update preferences
The updates form collects your name, email, selected educational topics, consent wording and timestamp. Preferences and opt-out history are stored privately for Gil. Email delivery is not yet enabled. When connected, a one-time confirmation link will verify control of your inbox and your chosen topics. Links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed signups are not an active mailing list. General Medicare education is separate from plan-specific sales permission or a Scope of Appointment.
Stop educational emails online using your email address. A new signup does not automatically override a prior opt-out.
Website measurement and alerts
We summarize saved requests, their source/campaign labels, and follow-up status to understand which services generate inquiries. This measurement does not use advertising pixels or visitor-tracking cookies. If email alerts are enabled, a provider sends Gil a notice to check the private inbox; the notice does not include your financial worksheet or medical information.
Your choices
Ask Gil to correct or delete your request, withdraw educational email consent, or mark you do not contact: gpadua@paduafinancial.com or 321-745-5421. Information may be retained where required for recordkeeping.
Senior Center entries
The calculator and imported SSA XML are processed in the page. If you authorize sharing when requesting a Senior Center callback, your entered worksheet figures and displayed results are saved with the request for Gil to review. The original XML file, your SSA login, name from the file and earnings history are not sent. Closing or refreshing clears entries from the page; an authorized submitted copy remains with your lead record.

Contact verification
New inquiries are saved as unverified. Separate email and telephone checks confirm control of those contact methods, not legal identity or genuine intent. Verification SMS consent is optional and separate from educational email choices. It does not authorize marketing texts. Contact Gil for manual review if you cannot receive texts.
When activated, Resend processes your email address to send a confirmation link; Twilio Verify processes your telephone number to send and check a one-time code. No financial worksheet or medical information is included in these messages. We retain consent wording, verification status and timestamps. Email tokens are stored only as hashes; raw tokens and codes are not logged or saved by this site. These processors have their own retention policies. Closing the page does not delete the saved inquiry; contact Gil about deletion or contact preferences.
Verification providers are inactive until their services are authorized and securely configured. Manual review remains available at 321-745-5421.
