CLEAR EXPECTATIONS · PERSONAL ATTENTION

HERE IS HOW WE HELP.

One conversation can help you understand where to begin. We review your situation before discussing a strategy or insurance product.

YOUR NEXT STEPS

  1. Tell us what you need. Choose a topic and request a conversation. We save your request for Gil’s review; this does not reserve a calendar appointment.
  2. Confirm the right professional. We check your state, service and preferred team member. Health and Medicare inquiries go solely to Gilberto Padua.
  3. Agree on the scope. The first 15 minutes are complimentary. Advisory work is $285 per hour; confirm the engagement, disclosures, any applicable credit or waiver and total scope before paid work begins.
  4. Review the facts. Tax advisory requires an interview and at least two years of filed returns. Insurance reviews use your existing coverage and goals. We arrange secure document delivery separately.
  5. Choose your next step. We explain the findings, costs and alternatives, including keeping existing coverage or accounts when appropriate. You decide whether to proceed.

WHAT TO HAVE READY

Tax advisory

At least two years of returns, relevant income and expense records, and questions about life or business changes.

Insurance review

Your policy, recent statement, beneficiaries and goals. Ask your insurer for a current in-force illustration if relevant.

Retirement planning

Account types, benefit estimates, income needs and retirement timing. Avoid sending account numbers through public forms.

Do not email tax returns, medical records, Social Security numbers or policy documents through ordinary email. Gil will arrange the secure exchange method.

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN ASK ABOUT

Gilberto “Gil” Padua brings more than 40 years of tax and business experience and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to his advisory work. His focus includes business operations, startups, retirement tax questions and insurance protection.

Padua Financial Services provides advisory services. Insurance is offered through Padua Insurance Agency, LLC, subject to state authority and carrier appointments. The team’s listed licenses and scope appear on the team section; current license status can be checked with the applicable state insurance department.

Trust planning involves coordination with legal professionals. Legal advice and trust-document review require a licensed attorney.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Does requesting a call commit me to buying insurance?

No. A conversation request is not an application, enrollment or purchase.

Can I book an appointment instantly?

Submit your preferred time and time zone. The team will confirm availability directly; the website does not automatically book a calendar slot.

What is different about Medicare?

Use Gil’s separate health and approved SOA process. A general email signup does not authorize a plan-specific sales appointment.

Can I keep my existing policy or retirement account?

Yes. Keeping what you have is one of the options to evaluate. A review does not require replacement or a transfer.

Can you guarantee tax savings or insurance approval?

No. Tax results depend on eligibility, records and applicable law. Coverage depends on the insurer, product and underwriting.
